Last spring our team visited the incredibly beautiful Czech Republic and took a few panoramas, one of which we have already posted. This time we are posting a panorama with a view of the city of Brno.
Brno is the second largest city in the Czech Republic and the largest Moravian city. The city is the student capital of the Republic, as 5 of the 26 public universities of the Czech Republic are located here.
Brno is an important transport hub in the Czech Republic, as many major highways, railways and air connections are located here.
The main attractions are the Gothic Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, which can be seen in the panorama, and Špilberk Castle, where the panorama was shot. You can see a large park on the territory of the castle, if you are in Brno – be sure to visit it.
Guests of the city will enjoy a large number of cultural institutions: there are many theaters, museums and various galleries in Brno. The city also hosts many annual exhibitions, festivals and fairs, so you can find something for you here 🙂
Kharkov, where our project was established, is a sister city of Brno.
Brno is a very beautiful town, which combines old architecture, colorful nature and modern infrastructure. If Prague is noisy for you – come to Brno for a few days, you will love it 🙂
